By downloading, installing, and using the Hair Loop mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. License and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the App without our permission
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt service

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain this information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided in the Hair Loop App, including text, graphics, images, recommendations, and AI-generated analysis, is owned by or licensed to Hair Loop and protected by international copyright laws.

Your hair photos and personal data remain your property. By using the App, you grant Hair Loop a license to use your photos solely for the purpose of providing analysis and recommendations.

5. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Important: Hair Loop provides informational recommendations and analysis only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have concerns about your hair health, scalp condition, or hair loss, please consult with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional. Hair Loop recommendations are for educational and informational purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hair Loop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Hair Loop's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the App.

7. Warranties Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Hair Loop disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding availability or error-free operation

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Hair Loop may include links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9. Product Recommendations

Hair Loop recommends hair care products based on your hair analysis. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, allergies, or dissatisfaction with recommended products. Always review product ingredients and perform patch tests before use.

Product recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not replace professional guidance from a hairstylist or dermatologist.

10. Subscription and Billing

Hair Loop offers both free and premium subscription options. If you subscribe to premium features:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Billing is automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity or suspected fraud
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Posting inappropriate content

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hair Loop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hair Loop operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of Hair Loop shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.
